About Shipping
We usually use the trackable shipping methods by UPS, TNT, EMS, DHL and Fedex, the tracking numbers are available after we ship, and it arrival you in 4 to 7 days.
For the customs clearean, we have many methods and experiences, so your package is always safe and 99% of the orders are safe for delivery. Here we would like to talk about the exceptions:
1, If the package have problem in our country Customs, we will be responsible and will resend all orders for free, you will not need to pay any other charges.
2, But if your package is held by your country Customs, you will need to contact the Customs of your country, and work with them on how to make your orders release from your country Customs. we will NOT be responsible in these cases, we can do nothing upon this. and your money will NOT be refunded, because we do have shipped the orders in time and paid for the shipping charges.
3,We do not accept returns, but in these three cases we re-ship the shoes to you without any charges and you can also keep the shoes:
NO.1 We ship the wrong shoes style to you
NO.2 We ship the wrong size to you
NO.3 We ship the wrong colors to you.
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to receive your package, then it will be held in your local post until you are able to sign for the package. we stand behind every product we sell. If for any reason you are not happy with your order once you get it. You can send it back to us,we will refund the value of shoes to your next orders. All items must be in new unworn condition.
About Return
We will give a full refund only if the item you receive is different from your order. A Refund will be given after the item is received back to the store. It must be returned within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition it was sent in. You must contact us before shipping any items back. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to me.
